Problem Statement
A business loan is a financial product designed to provide funding to businesses for various purposes such as purchasing equipment, managing cash flow, or covering unexpected expenses. These loans are typically offered by banks, credit unions, or online lenders and come with terms and conditions including interest rates, repayment schedules, and collateral requirements.
Spotcap offered, as part of its digital suite, a specific unit to cover the business loan application process. The framework can be personalised according to the partner's needs and accommodate a different flow.
CreditPro AG adopted Saas products to build their own solution. The process of adapting the Spotcap product to a business partner involves a thorough analysis of the partner's requirements and objectives.
The following case study is an example of a typical Spotcap White Label Project, and it doesn't reflect exactly the Spotcap workflow I was part of during my past experience. I intentionally omitted some details that should not reduce your ability to evaluate my skills in the matter of Product Design.

Solution
We delivered a user flow with over 32 screens. CreditPro AG could offer a digital version of the business loan application process to its business clients.
The Spotcap Framework streamline the building process, however we needed to integrate an additional step and ensure the correct integration with the task flow.
Integrate Pattern
The users of alpha test revealed a big issue by the selection of guarantor, because of the huge list of items in the dropbox menu.
To accommodate the amount of content we need to create an additional step, and modify the other one accorgerly.

Framework can help to speed up to ship faster, but learning about your partner is a never ending process.
